Elternverein unterstützt die Digitalisierung der Klassenzimmer
Das Europagymnasium Auhof hat sich im Jahr 2021 auf den Weg gemacht den 8-Punkte-Plan des Ministeriums umzusetzen. Damit diese Ziele umgesetzt werden können, bedarf es unterschiedlichster technischer, organisatorischer und pädagogischer Rahmenbedingungen. Durch die Teilnahme an der Geräteinitiative werden alle Schüler:innen der Unterstufe und auch ein Teil der Lehrer:innen mit Endgeräten ausgerüstet.
Ein Großteil des Schul-IT-Budgets wurde für eine Lade- bzw. Versperrmöglichkeit der Schüler:innen-Tablets in den Klassen aufgewendet. Durch die großzügige finanzielle Unterstützung konnten nun auch alle Klassen und Fachräume mit einer drahtlosen Projektionsmöglichkeit ausgerüstet werden. Zusätzlich konnte auch ein Teil der Video- und Audioeinheiten modernisiert werden.
Der Elternverein hat dadurch entschieden dazu beigetragen, dass die Ziele bezüglich Hardwareausstattung der Klassenzimmer früher als geplant erreicht worden sind.Einen herzlichen Dank an alle Eltern die sich im Elternverein engagieren und somit die Schule entscheidend voranbringen. Wir hoffen auf eine weiterhin so gute Zusammenarbeit mit dem Elternverein.

Parent Association Supports Digitalization of Classrooms
In 2021 the Europagymnasium Auhof started the implementation of the 8-step-plan issued by the Austrian Ministry of Education. For these goals to be achieved, various technical, organisational and pedagogical conditions need to be met. Because of our school’s participation in the ministry’s device initiative, it will be possible for all students of the lower grades as well as some teachers to be equipped with computers.
Last year a large part of the school’s IT budget was used to establish a possibility to charge and lock away the students‘ tablets in the classrooms.
With the help of the generous financial support of the parents association and the LISA support association all classrooms have now also been fitted with wireless projectors. In addition to that some of the video and audio units have been modernized. The parents association and the LISA support association have hereby greatly contributed to the fact that our goals concerning hardware in the classrooms have been achieved earlier than planned.
Thank you very much to all parents who are willing to be involved with the parents association and the LISA support association and through this crucially move things forward within the school. We hope that this great cooperation will continue in the future.
