Allgemeine Ziele:

  • LISA ist eine Form der AHS bei der Deutsch und Englisch als gleichwertige Unterrichtssprachen verwendet werden.
  • Auf der Grundlage des AHS Lehrplans werden allgemeinbildende Inhalte
    vermittelt und interkulturelles Lernen gefördert.

Aufnahme:

  • Kinder, die bereits eine internationale Schule in einem anderen Land besucht haben.
  • Österreichische Kinder mit AHS Berechtigung, die besonderes Interesse für Sprachen und Menschen aus anderen Ländern haben.
  • Kinder internationaler Eltern, die aus beruflichen Gründen in Österreich wohnen. (Vorkenntnisse in Deutsch oder Englisch sind erforderlich)

Matura:

  • AHS Matura
  • Internationales Baccalaureat

Unterrichtsprinzipien:

  • Zweisprachiger Unterricht
  • Einsatz qualifizierter österreichischer und fremdsprachiger Lehrer
  • Verstärkter projektorientierter und fächerübergreifender Unterricht
  • Betonung von kommunikativem und sozialem Lernen
  • Eingehen auf unterschiedliche kulturelle Gegebenheiten und Förderungen von Toleranz und Verständnis
  • Verwendung moderner Unterrichtsmittel

General Features:

  • LISA is a bilingual type of AHS (Allgemeinbildende Höhere Schule)
    with English and German as its teaching languages.
  • On the basis of the Austrian AHS curriculum LISA offers a general education and superports intercultural learning.

Admission:

  • Children who have already attended an international school abroad
  • Austrian children who show great interest in languages and other cultures.
  • Children from abroad, whose parents are staying in Austria for professional reasons. (A certain knowledge of German or English is required)

Leaving Exam:

  • AHS Matura (admission to an Austrian university)
  • International Baccalaureate Diploma
